§ Mr. Peter LloydFollowing the Home Office research study, "Amusement Machines: Dependency and Delinquency", published in July 1988, we have concluded that further legislative controls on the use of amusement machines by young people are not justified, although we continue to keep the need for legislation under review.

§ Mr. Peter LloydNone. We are satisfied that the enforcement powers of both the police and Gaming Board under the Gaming Act 1968 are sufficient to tackle any breaches of that Act as it relates to gaming machines.
