§ Mr. Redwood[holding answer 26 February 1993]: The Government have asked PSA to improve its performance in paying bills on time. No information is held centrally about the number of writs and I do not know the answer. The businesses now monitor prompt payment by payment cycles and I have asked for a monthly report on progress.
