To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish figures showing the percentages of self-employed people within each local authority area in Wales; and what proportion of self-employed people in each of those areas are involved directly in agriculture.

The percentage of self-employed people aged 16 and over in each local authority area in Wales is shown in the table. Information on self-employed people involved in agriculture will be included in part 2 of the 1991 census county report series—Nos. CEN91 CR 47–54 cover Wales—which are due to be published by HMSO between March and July 1993. Copies of these reports will be placed in the Library of the House.

The nature, use and conservation of energy is a part of the science order within the national curriculum. The technology order also requires pupils at key stage 4 to be taughtto reduce energy loss and understand why this is important".

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what percentage of(a) local authority, (b) private rented and (c) owner-occupied houses in Wales currently have (i) loft insulation, (ii) hot water tank and hot water system lagging, (iii) cavity wall insulation, (iv) double glazing and (v) draught excluder systems.
