§ Mr. HanleyI can confirm that the chief constable of MOD police received a letter dated 31 May concerning allegations made against MOD police officers by Ms Lindis Percy of Bradford. It has been recorded as an official complaint and is now being investigated in accordance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984. A report will be forwarded to the Police Complaints Authority when the investigation has been completed.
