§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryWe raised this question on 24 May at the regular review by the UN Security Council on sanctions against Iraq. We will continue to raise the question at each review of sanctions until Iraq fulfils all its obligations under UN Security Council resolutions 686 and 687 to co-operate with the International Committee of the Red Cross in its attempts to gather information on Kuwaiti and other nationals missing in Iraq.
