§ Mr. AtkinsClubs may be registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 if they satisfy certain conditions. These will be notified shortly to representatives of the Northern Ireland Federation of Clubs and the Club and Institute Union Ltd. Applications to register from clubs may then follow.
