(2) what steps he is taking to inform head-teachers recruiting agency teachers about the status of overseas teachers with respect to their qualifications; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Robin SquireThe Department is currently consulting other Government Departments with a view to preparing a code of practice for teacher employment agencies and detailed guidelines to schools on the employment of teachers through agencies.
