§ Mr. MacleanApproximately 2,400 copies of the consultation paper were distributed and 184 responses have been received. Respondents were not asked to agree 79W to the publication of their names when their comments were invited and it would not be appropriate now to identify them. However, the table shows the categories to which these respondents belong.
