§ Mr. HanleyComments on the consultative document which outlines our proposals for the future of the Royal Navy first degree engineer officer training and the Royal Naval Engineering college, Manadon, a copy of which is in the Library of the House have been requested by 1 July 1993. In response to a request from the trades unions however I am happy to announce an extension of 10 working days.
