§ Mr. BaldryThe following information is given for the 113 planning appeals decided by the Secretary of State between 1 April 1986 and 31 December 1992 following a local inquiry and contrary to the recommendations of the planning inspector. It is not possible to say whether the projects listed went ahead but the nature of the decision made is indicated. Aggregate data on the outcome of earlier planning appeals has been included in successive reports of the chief planning inspector (copies of which are placed in the House Library) but details of those individual projects could be provided now only at disproportionate cost.
