§ Mr. BrookeNo. Under schedule 6 to the Broadcasting Act 1990, the Welsh Fourth Channel Authority (S4C) submits its annual report and statement of accounts to me to lay before Parliament. I can give S4C directions about the form of the accounts, and the appointment of its auditors is subject to my approval.
