§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have seen reports from the United Nations and the European Community monitor mission on Muslim attacks on Croat communities, particularly around Travnik. It is clear that there have been many casualties. Ethnic cleansing is taking place. We continue to deplore aggression and human rights abuses, whichever party is responsible.
