(2) when he now expects the House of Lords to resume the proceedings of the case concerning Evelyn Thomas et al which was referred to the European Court of Justice; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. ScottThe European Court has remitted case No. 328/91 back to the House of Lords for final determination. We have not been notified of a hearing date. Legislative proposals will be developed in the light of that determination.
