§ Mr. KeyNeither my right hon. Friend nor I have recently met members of the national park authorities to discuss access for tourists; nor have they asked for such a meeting. Tourist access would normally be a matter for the national parks authorities to pursue with local highway authorities who would also need to take into account the interests of local people and others travelling in the area.
