§ Mr. HowardI have today laid before Parliament copies of the Forensic Science Service's annual report and accounts for 1992–93.
My right hon. and learned Friend the Member for Rushcliffe (Mr. Clarke) announced on 4 May at column 72 financial and service level targets for the Forensic Science Service for 1993–94 based on a forecast outturn for 1992–93. On the basis of the audited outturn for 1992–93, the unit cost efficiency target has been revised from 1.6 per cent. to 1.8 per cent. The other performance targets remain the same.
