§ 2. Mr. NorrisThe information is as follows:
Procurement and Storage of Protective Clothing
The service was contracted out from DOT. All the staff involved were to transfer to other duties and the implications of the TUPE regulations did not arise.
Bulk/High Speed Reprographic Service
The service was contracted out on a split award, a proportion being awarded to HMSO. This service was formerly provided to DOT by the Property Services Agency which withdrew the service. As no DOT staff were involved in the contracted-out service, the TUPE regulations could not be applied within DOT.
