§ Mr. HanleyMy Department's proposals for the future organisation of the Army's individual training organisation were set out in the answer my right hon. Friend the Member for Epsom and Ewell (Mr. Hamilton) gave my hon. Friend the Member for Wimbledon (Dr. Goodson-Wickes) on 16 December 1992 at columns335–36 and the answer that I gave my hon. Friend the Member for South Dorset (Mr. Bruce) on 22 July at column 351–52. These, together with the Army's requirements for unit and formation training, will form the basis of the Army's training needs. Any requirement for training land to meet that requirement will be subject to rigorous scrutiny before any final decisions are taken.
