§ Mr. William RossTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list for each region of the United Kingdom the(a) highest, (b) lowest and (c) average annual precipitation for each of the last three years, and also show how many days there was precipitation in each region, on how many days snowfall was recorded and on how many days there was snow cover on arable land and land below the 500 ft contour.
