What is their view of the legality of the United States attack on Panama, and removal of the President of Panama by the United States, in December 1989.

The American intervention in Panama was undertaken with the agreement of President Endara, who won the elections held in May 1989. We welcomed the establishment of democratic government in Panama and gave full support to the action which led to this.
