asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether it is the advice of their legal advisers that United States claims to have been acting in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter in their missile attack on Baghdad are correct in law, and whether the Prime Minister was in possession of this advice before giving support to the United States attack.
