§ Mr. PikeTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list those local authorities in England with over 60 per cent. of their properties in bands A and B combined, for council tax purposes; and if he will give the relevant percentage in each case;
(2) if he will list those local authorities in England with 50 per cent. or more properties in band A for council tax purposes; and if he will give the relevant percentage in each case.
