HL Deb 14 July 1993 vol 548 c21WA
Lord Glenarthur

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have yet received a copy of the first Annual Summary of Activities from the Criminal Justice Consultative Council.

Earl Ferrers

We received an advance copy of the first Summary of Activities for the Criminal Justice Consultative Council from Lord Justice Farquharson on 25th June. It outlines the many important issues considered by the council during 1992, following its inception in January of that year, and includes a list of topics which council intends to include in its forthcoming agenda. The report also provides a brief summary of the activities of the area criminal justice liaison committees in the six months since they first met.

The summary is being published today.
