§ Mr. Douglas HoggLord Owen's remuneration and other terms of service are the responsibility of the presidency of the European Community—currently Belgium—and the international conference on the former Yugoslavia—ICFY.
The United Kingdom contributes 7.19 per cent. to the total ICFY budget, which includes Lord Owen's remuneration and all other costs directly related to the Conference. The United Kingdom's contribution for the period 1 March to 31 August 1993 was $194,850.
