§ Mr. Lennox-BoydCountries currently eligible are Albania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia also receives assistance from the PHARE programme.
