§ Mr. McLoughlinIn 1991–92 32 per cent. of the money allocated for employment action was spent. Current Departmental forecasts estimate that 85 per cent. of the 1992–93 provision will be spent and it is planned to reduce the cash limit accordingly in the spring supplementary estimate due to be published at the end of January 1993.
