§ Mr. Gwilym JonesFunds for drug and alcohol projects are provided directly and indirectly from the Welsh Office from a number of sources. In part they are provided from small specific budgets: others are disbursed by health authorities, either from moneys specifically allocated—some £3 million in 1992–93—or from their general allocations. Details of individual allocations funded from all these sources could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
