What steps have been taken within the CSCE process to investigate alleged violations of human rights in Turkey, and in particular whether the alleged murders, torture and detentions of Kurdish journalists have been examined.

The human rights situation in Turkey was discussed by CSCE participating states at the CSCE follow-up meeting in Helsinki, 24th March-10th July 1992. The CSCE has not taken steps to investigate specific allegations of human rights abuses in Turkey.
