§ The Lord ChancellorOne such case has been referred to the European Court of Justice from each of the House of Lords, the High Court and a magistrates' court. In addition, 13 cases stand adjourned in the Divisional Court pending the judgment of the European Court. Figures for magistrates' courts and the Crown Court are not otherwise collected and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
