§ Mr. BurtThere is a high level of co-operation. Locally staff in many of our district offices regularly meet bureaux staff who have been involved in service planning exercises. Visits to local citizens advice bureaux also take place in many parts of the country. Nationally, the Department enjoys good relations with the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux which is for example, involved in several research projects.
