§ Mr. McLoughlinResults from the labour force survey show that in summer—June to August—1992 there were an estimated 102,000 black people aged 16 and over, in England and Wales, who were unemployed on the international agreed International Labour Organisation definition. The International Labour Organisation unemployment rate for the group was 25 per cent.
