§ Mr. Garel-JonesMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs has no plans to discuss further reforms of the Community's decision-making process with the president of the Commission in the immediate future. The Maastricht treaty, when it enters into force, will involve some changes. Before that, following agreement at Edinburgh a number of changes designed to ensure subsidiarity is respected will be given effect immediately.
