To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what assessment he has made of the implications for the disclosure of public information at public planning inquiries of section 4(5) of the Environmental Information Regulations 1992.

§ Mr. Baldry
The procedure rules for planning inquiries are already designed to ensure maximum disclosure of information. The Environmental Information Regulations 1992 do not change these arrangements.
