To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has to adapt the coastal barrage schemes operational and planned in Wales for use as dual-purpose tidal generator systems.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has to promote energy conservation within large commercial buildings through the use of(a) revolving entrance doors and (b) double-glazing.
