To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will place in the Library the latest conclusions of the sub-group on internal management submitted to the Welsh Consultative Council on local government reform.

[pursuant to his reply, 4 February 1993, column 337]: The final report of the internal management sub-group has now been considered by the Welsh Consultative Council on Local Government. I have placed a copy of this report in the Library of the House.
