§ Mr. YeoNo. Following the social services inspectorate report of April 1992, Lambeth was asked to provide a report in September 1992. Lambeth's report showed that whilst a service improvement plan, including reorganisation of the department, had been developed and some progress made in implementing it, the level of unallocated casework remains unacceptably high. Lambeth has been asked to send a further report by 1 March 1993.
