Mr. Illsley

To ask the President of the Board of Trade (1) what discussions have taken place between his Department and the National Association of Hospital Broadcasting Organisations regarding the allocation of an FM frequency for hospital broadcasting services;

(2) whether the use of a freely radiating FM frequency will be made available to hospital broadcasting services.
