To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what plans there are to upgrade the Wizard generator at RAF Edzell; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Archie Hamilton

A contract has been placed to refurbish power generation at RAF Edzell and work will begin on the site on I March 1993.
