§ Mr. CorbettTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to complete his consideration of an application to the Court of Appeal to review the conviction of Mr. Peter Faithfull, HMP Sudbury.
§ Mr. JackFollowing a number of representations on Mr. Faithfull's behalf, we are making enquiries into his case. I can not at present say when my right hon. and learned Friend will be in a position to decide whether a reference to the Court of Appeal would be justified.
