§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe have supported the efforts the International Monetary Fund and the World bank are making to help their member Governments ensure that economic adjustment programmes take account of the needs of the poorest members of society, both through the overall pattern of public expenditure and through specific projects and programmes.
