§ Mr. StewartFormal arrangements for patients to be registered with a specific dentist were introduced under the new contract for general dental services on 1 October 1990. No information about de-registration is therefore available prior to October 1990. Information about de-registrations since 1 October 1990 supplied by health boards for their area is contained in the table. Information for individual local government districts is not available.
