§ Mr. Cryer
To ask the Chairman of the Accommodation and Works Committee how many offices and desks are currently allocated to the Press Gallery.

§ Mr. Ray Powell
Twenty-two offices and 95 desks are currently allocated for use by the Press Gallery.

§ Mr. Cryer
To ask the Chairman of the Administration Committee how many telephones are currently allocated to the Press Gallery.

§ Mr. Michael J. Martin
The Press Gallery currently has 129 telephone lines allocated to it from the Palace of Westminster exchange. Of that number six are for administrative use by staff of the House.
