§ Mr. HanleyThe total amount of funds to be transferred from social security to the community care budget held and managed by health and social services boards will be £24.63 million in 1993–94, rising to £65.28 million in 1994–95 and to £100.33 million in 1995–96. A further sum of £4.822 million, over and above the transfer sum, will be made available to health and social services boards in 1993–94 to help operate the new arrangements.
