To ask the President of the Board of Trade what proposals he has for a capital moratorium on payments of regional selective assistance.

To ask the President of the Board of Trade what proposals he has to adjust the cost-per-job limits on maximum regional selective assistance in line with inflation; and if he will make a statement.

There are no such proposals. The scheme is kept under continuous review to ensure the scope for encouraging worthwhile and efficient investment in the assisted areas remain unimpaired.
