1 Other revenue expenditure includes transitional grant, special purpose grants, grant made to the grant-maintained schools centre, and payments to the Electoral reform Society for arranging the parental ballots.
2 The 1993–94 details are set in Estimates which are subject to parliamentary approval.
3 Annual maintenance grant reflects the sum the local education 30W authority would have spent on the school if it had continued to control it. Decisions on future levels of support cannot therefore, be taken until LEAs have resolved their budgets.
