§ Mr. DorrellAs part of the programme that we have agreed, the Inland Revenue is market testing typing and secretarial services in its South Western region. In doing so, it will compare the service provided by its own staff42W with tenders to be sought from external providers on the basis of the best combination of quality and price. Southampton does not fall within the Inland Revenue's South West regional area.
