§ Mr. BaldryThe Local Government Commission is due to complete its final report to my right hon. Friend on the structure of local government in Humberside, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire by 23 January 1994. Once the commission has published its report, my right hon. Friend will consider its recommendations and any representations which he receives about them, before taking any decision about the future structure of local government in North Yorkshire.
