§ Mr. GoodladA copy of the latest draft of the multilateral trade organisation—MTO—agreement has been deposited in the Library of the House of Commons, in response to a question from the hon. Member for Southampton, Itchen (Mr. Denham) on 1 December,Official Report, column 533. A copy of the final draft of the MTO agreement will be deposited in the House Library as soon as it is available in London.
