§ Mr. YeoThe Government are advised on their monitoring strategy by the Department of the Environment's independent export review groups: the quality of urban air review group; the photochemical oxidants review group; and the review group on acid rain. Advice concerning potential health effects is provided by Department of Health independent export groups, the Committee on the Medical Effects of Air Pollutants and the Committee on Medical Aspects of Air Pollution Episodes.
