To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what was the result of the appeal hearing on 14 September attended by Mr. M., national insurance number RA 91 50 70 C, into his appeal against the decision of the Benefits Agency to refuse him mobility allowance; when Mr. M. will be notified of the decision on his appeal; and if he will make a statement on the interval between hearing and notification.
