§ Mr. NorrisThe first report of the National Marine Safety Steering Committee—NMSSC—was issued on 21 October 1993. The report includes a number of recommendations referred to the NMSSC from the district marine safety committees which relate to the regulation and safe operation of recreational craft generally. Those recommendations are now under consideration.
